How do I book your services?

I like to have a quick chat on the phone with you to make sure that you are in my area and that I have availability.

On that call we then book you in for a free consultation. I will come to your house to meet you and your dog and you can ask me any questions you want to.

Do you let me know how my dog is getting on?

Yes – absolutely! Regular pupdates are provided.

Are you insured?

Yes I do. I am fully insured, DBS checked, hold a certificate in dog body language and am Canine First Aid trained.

What license do you have?

I hold a Wandsworth Council issued professional dog walking license.

This is renewed on a yearly basis.

Do you pick my dog up and how do they travel?

Yes I have an air conditioned dog mobile that has crates so that every dog can travel safely and comfortably.

Pick up and drop off is included in the cost of your hours dog walk.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or add a walk last minute please try to give us 24 hours notice.

Walks cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for.

We do try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

What do you do in an emergency?

In the unlikely event of an emergency we will call immediately to let you know.

If veterinary assistance is required we will take your dog to your nominated vet, or to the nearest one depending on the circumstances.

Where do you keep my keys?

Keys are held in a storage box and are coded. Addresses and phone numbers are never attached to keys and are held separately.

When you end your contact with Chelsea Wags we will personally return your keys to you
